Attorney admitted to practice in Colombia with more than 20 years of experience in corporate, commercial, financial, and business law, as well as foreign‑exchange regulation. He has led the legal and corporate affairs of organizations in the securities, sports, and investment sectors, advising boards of directors and executive teams on strategic decision‑making, contract negotiation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and cross‑border operations.

He has structured venture capital funds, managed M&A processes, investment vehicles, capital raising, IPO preparation, and high‑value commercial agreements, leading transactions exceeding USD $20M. His academic background includes an Executive MBA, an LL.M. from St. Mary’s University School of Law (USA), and postgraduate studies in Financial Legislation and Commercial Law. He is currently a PhD candidate in Law at the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina).

In the academic field, he has served as a university professor in financial law, capital markets, and foreign‑exchange regulation, with teaching experience at both graduate and undergraduate levels.
